The information in this blog is to assist all true beneficiaries, people who have true claims to the the Estate of the late Rudy Arnoldus Dhondt including true facts regarding his common law wife of more then 16 years Mary Boyd who only could reach a settlement of a mere approx. $5,000.00 from the trustee of the estate in 2014.

Estimated property value today January 2021  : 624 Park Road North is $725.000.00

Other settlement assets just received Nov 17 th 2020 to Estate $450,000.00

Estimated value of estate including cash 1.5 million - 2 million

Primary residence of the late Rudy Arnoldus Dhondt was 624 Park Road North Oshawa Ontario which is a legal duplexed house with 2 Bedroom basement apartment (estimated rental income $1,300.00 per month ) and a 3 Bedroom main floor (estimated rental income $1,500.00 per month ) estimated value of property in April 2014 was about $325,000.00.The property was purchased personally by the estates trustee at that approx. value at that time.

Todays approx. value (of home 2021) is estimated at approx. $725,000.00 at todays market booming values / prices. To summarize all beneficiaries' in the estate should benefit from approx. 6 years of rental income (approx. rent income is $33,600.00 per year times x 6 years is ($201,600.00 ) income for the beneficiaries' at todays true value of property as to the real time estate settlement in 2021 ,not a value from 2014.

The estate is still not completely settled as of  December of 2020 and delayed some 6 years later due to personal gain by the Estate Trustee at the expense of all beneficiaries
